Mind the spare parts
 

Yes, your body can repair itself, but you should be careful to provide the right spare parts - good food and water.

 

Vegetarian diet has proven to be anti-cancer; as you could read in this scientific paper, the cancer risk is 92 % higher in non-vegetarians.

 

Remember drinking lots of water - about 70% of our body is water. It's needed to transform the energy coming from the food into an energy the body can use, to remove toxins from the body, and much more. 

 

Last but not least: do not use nuts and bolts not meant to be in your body, like smoking, alcohol or drugs. Avoid all sorts of artificially synthesized substances (foods, vitamins, pills, perfumes, etc). Nature has given us all these - let's use them !!!
